Nightmare Dungeons are one of the best late-game activities in Diablo 4, and there is more than one difficulty for them beyond Diablo 4 Gold the World Tiers. When you start these dungeons, they start at Tier 1, but the overall tiers go much higher. My guide will cover all the tiers and how you can access them.

What are Nightmare Dungeon Tiers in Diablo 4?

There are 100 Nightmare Dungeon Tiers in Diablo 4 that all have randomized Affixes and rewards for players to collect. To reach higher Tiers, you need to bring Sigil Powder to the Occultist and increase the level of your Sigils. Below you can find all the tiers and the amount of powder needed for each level.

Tier 1 to 20 can be done in the Diablo 4 World Tier 3 setting, but anything after is only available in World Tier 4 and is considered Ancestral. The affixes also get shot up to five per dungeon once you enter the World Tier 4 territory. Getting there is going to take some time though.

Keep in mind that Dungeon Tiers were also adjusted in Season 1 as well. If you played the Tiers at level 70 or higher in the past, then you should find them much easier going forward. Sigils that are at level 100 will feel like level 70 tiers before Season 1. Those high-level dungeons will likely see more changes though.

To even get the high-level Nightmare Sigils in Diablo 4, you need plenty of powder, which is only earned by completing the Nightmare Dungeons.
